GALVANIS HOT-DIP PROCESS
Hot-dip galvanizing involves dipping steel into a zinc smelter around. 450 ° C following the appropriate pre-treatment. Zinc and steel will then react with each other. Iron-zinc alloys will form on the steel surface. This insoluble zinc and steel compound creates protection, which is clearly different from all other processes. Hot-dip galvanized surfaces are not only protected from wind and weather but are also ideally protected from mechanical exposure - for the next few decades. Under normal conditions, hot-dip galvanizing will protect against corrosion for up to 50 years and generally more than 25 years if the exposure rate is higher
